It's a community college. Instead of blaming and comparing, just try to utilize the time when you are there and follow the career path and get it done. They offer you all pathways to success. Use that and finish all assignments on time and move on

I visited this college campus to take an aptitude test, very friendly staff. Clean environment, would highly recommend.

My full name is Robert J. Bellasalma & I was seeking a community college that would allow me to maximize my POTENTIAL! In applying to 4+ local community colleges, I quickly learned that there are (2) CATEGORIES of community colleges. The first subset is working understaffed, possesses a high turnover rate, and you have a 50% at a REPLY (Especially during critical time-constraints). The second (2) class of community colleges: they will email/phone call/text message or pigeon kite a response within 48hrs-72 HRS! lol I am happy to report that SPSCC belongs to category #2! The Veteran Service Officer at SPSCC (Atraeyu + Team) dialed in my Spring semester for Post 9/11 benefits within 2-weeks of the semester start. You either struggle to get enrolled into a lackadaisical campus or you attend a campus FULLY staffed to enroll your success! I typically do not create Internet reviews. However, as a VET (Six months post-separation) I wish I would have known the best community colleges to apply - SPSCC for the DUB!🏆🏆🏆 S.P.S.C.C. 10/10 VET-APPROVED!!!🪖⛑️

They are closing some of their core programs that make the school what it is and being fairly dishonest about the reasoning. The core issue isn’t funding and if it is having to cut programs in the middle of students working towards graduation means there is some horrific mismanagement and direction coming from upper leadership, but quite a few recent decisions and staff firings already proved that. I enjoyed my time at SPSCC but their recent behavior has solidified my decision to not continue furthering my education here. If the core issue is a funding one which is as dire as it’s made out to be high cost low enrollment programs like craft distilling and brewery would be the first on the chopping block.

SPSCC is a great campus, but the parking is awful and asking questions to One Stop is a hit or miss. The professors make up for it though, they are good and care deeply about educating and helping their students. I find myself often going to my professors for help and advice more than anyone else. 4 out of 5.
